SALES | Fine Art Consultant

Guided by intuition and a high emotional intelligence (EQ), they engage in seamless interactions, creating meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact on those who walk through our doors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience preferably within the commercial art world, luxury retail, or interior design.

  • Holds a genuine passion for contemporary and modern art, artists, and the art market

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

OPERATIONS | Art Handler

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Art handling is a vital role at AD Galleries and is the link between the suppliers, the customers and the sales team of the Galleries. Art handlers are responsible for art storage, handling, installation, packing, receiving and releasing art works of a wide range of property types. You will be closely working with Logistics/Shipping team as well as all nine Galleries and their Directors to ensure smooth Logistics arrangement of inventory. This position will be operating out of the AD Galleries Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Potential Part-Time roles are available in Aspen, Vail, and Santa Fe.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Understanding of inventory processes and the ability to learn how to improve on handling art from collection through to installation

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while prioritizing safety and adhering to deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, organizational skills and time management ability

  • Comfortable working in private residences, gallery showrooms, warehouses and on a truck

  • Dependable, consistent and punctual attendance required

OPERATIONS | Social Media Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As AD Galleries grows our online presence, we are growing our marketing team. This a unique opportunity that allows for a breath of creativity through collaborating directly with each Gallery Director and represented artists. The Social Media Intern’s primary responsibilities will be championing each Galleries voice brand and delivering a positive, educational, and fulfilling experience for our audiences across our social channels — including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. In addition, the Social Media Intern will aid in the development of new organic social and community engagement strategies with a focus on audience development and lifecycle.
